Minimum Order Quantity requirements apply in conditions; for regular instruments our MOQ is 1 piece. However in case of customization/special items, we decide MOQ as per production cost.

All instruments are guaranteed for 1 year against rust, corrosion, pitting or any other manufacturing defect.

Shipping Time for products available in stock is 4-5 Working days, however for items not in stock is roughly 20-25 days depending upon order volume and production processes. This Shipping time is remarkably lessened once our customer repeats orders. We actually manage customer’s specific inventory at our store.

Delivery Time is less than 10 days, depending on the zone of delivery. We deliver with World’s trust-able courier “DHL”, normally it delivers in 6 working days.

International Custom Duties and Taxes, International customers are responsible for their country’s taxes and import duties when receiving packages. We are NOT responsible for any fees relating to international customs. Also we are NOT responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.

Handling Fee ($8.00) will be charged for orders with value less than $ 200 per order.
